How does Opensend identify visitors on my site?

Opensend has developed a vast partner network with publishers (non-ecommerce sites) with verified consent to receive marketing from partners, as the source for our email/identity database. We receive this data from our partner sites with permission from their users. If a user has visited a partner site, given their consent, and then visits your site - and demonstrates sufficient interest by meeting the thresholds - we share their email address with you.
