What report should I build in Klaviyo for Opensend Reconnect?

We recommend building this report in Klaviyo to give you insights into how well your email sequences are doing at converting visitors identified by Opensend Reconnect.

MultiMetric Report

  • Enter your Klaviyo main dashboard and on the left side bar click the “Analytics” dropdown.

  • Then, select the “Custom Reports” option.

  • On the top right section click on the option “Create from scratch”

  • On the “Report Type” drop-down, select the option “Multi-Metric Report”
  • On the “Report Name” area, we recommend naming the report “Opensend Reconnect Multi-Metric”  
  • Standing now on the “Configure Report” section, move on to the “Metric” area and select the drop-down to select measure.  
  • You will be selecting different Metrics by clicking the “Add Metric” button  
  1. Select the option “Received Email” then the option “Total” then the option “SUM”
  2. Select the option “Opened Email” then the option “Total” then the option “SUM”
  3. Select the option “Clicked Email” then the option “Total” then the option “SUM”
  4. Select the option “Viewed Product” then the option “Total” then the option “SUM”
  5. Select the option “Checkout Started” then the option “Value” then the option “SUM”
  6. Select the option “Placed Order” then the option “Value” then the option “SUM”
  • Continuing on the section “Group or Filter” click on “+ Add Group By” and select the option named “csync_tag” 
  • After selecting “csync_tag” it will appear as “equal” and on the next box you will add “os_reconnect”
  • In the “Timeframe” area select “Last 365 days” and then in the next box select “Month”
  • Click on the “Save & Run Report” option
