Update Profile Filter for Existing Flows:

• • Go to your default Browse, Cart, and Checkout abandonment flows.
  • Under the Profile Filters section, set the following filter under Trigger:
    • Condition: "properties about someone", select "csync_tag", then select "doesn't equal", and then choose the value os_reconnect.
      

Clone Flows for Opensend Reconnect Identities:

• • Duplicate the Browse, Cart, and Checkout abandonment flows.
  • In the cloned flows, update the Profile Filter under Trigger:
    • Condition: "properties about someone", select "csync_tag", then select "equals", and then choose the value os_reconnect.
