Update Profile Filter for Existing Flows:

• • Go to your default Browse, Cart, and Checkout abandonment flows.
  • Under the Profile Filters section, set the following filter under Trigger:
    • Condition: If "someone is in or not in a list", select "is not", and then choose the Opensend list.
      

Clone Flows for Opensend Connect Identities:

• • Duplicate the Browse, Cart, and Checkout abandonment flows.
  • In the cloned flows, update the Profile Filter under Trigger:
    • Condition: If "someone is in or not in a list", select "is", and then choose the Opensend list.
