How do I review Reconnect metrics?

Overview of the Reconnect dashboard

The Reconnect dashboard within your Opensend account gives you important insights into the profiles that Opensend was able to recognize and send associated events to your email marketing platform, enabling you to trigger event based flows like product, cart and checkout abandonment. The dashboard also gives you visibility into the performance of these Reconnect-enabled email flows.

Access the Reconnect dashboard under Products, after logging in to your Opensend account.

Within the Reconnect dashboard, you will see metrics such as

Visitor Detected - How many return visitors Opensend was able to recognize during the selected timeframe. 

Received Mail - How many Reconnect-recognized profiles received an email in the selected timeframe

Opened Message - How many Reconnect-recognized profiles opened an email in the selected timeframe

Clicked - How many Reconnect-recognized profiles clicked a link in an email in the selected timeframe

Viewed Product - How many Reconnect-recognized profiles viewed a product in the selected timeframe

Started Checkout - How many Reconnect-recognized profiles started a checkout in the selected timeframe

Placed Order - How many Reconnect-recognized profiles placed an order in the selected timeframe

Order Value Attributable to Reconnect Flows - The total value of orders attributable to flows triggered by Reconnect events during the selected timeframe (as reported by your Email Marketing platform)
