Opensend Personas gives you powerful new insights into your customers! Personas analyzes your recent purchasers and, using demographic information in our proprietary identity graph, groups these profiles into up to 10 Cohorts.

Within each cohort, you can see what percentage of your customers fall into the cohort and the characteristics of that cohort.

How to use Cohort data

Executive reporting - For starters, this cohort analysis of your customer base is downright interesting! Share this data with your CEO and board to give them new insights into your customer base.

Targeted email campaigns - Cohort data can be used to supercharge your email campaigns with tailored content to specific cohorts. Quickly sync the cohort to each profile in your email platform, and you can start targeted campaigns, or branches within campaigns and flows, specific to each cohort.

Targeted ad campaigns and look-alike audiences - Similarly, sync the cohorts into your advertising platforms (i.e. Meta, Google) and run targeted ads to each cohort. You can also build look-alike audiences off of these cohorts to broaden the reach of your targeted campaigns.
