How can I update my Opensend Reconnect integration with Bloomreach to pull metrics from Bloomreach into Opensend?

To track the performance of your Opensend Reconnect contacts in the Opensend dashboard, you'll need to create Revenue and Email reports.

Create Opensend Reconnect Email campaign evaluation report:

  • Go to Reports and click on the New Report button
  • Select Email campaign evaluation
  • Click on the Edit button
  • Make sure the following metrics are tracked
    • Sent 
    • Delivered 
    • Opened 
    • Clicked
  • Remove all the other metrics, if any are present, from the report:

  • Remove all Drill down options that are present (drill down section should look like image below) 
  • Click on Drill down in rows by option
  • Select to drill down by campaign_id
  • Click on drill down option again and select timestamp (follow the image for clarification which timestamp option to use)
  • Rename your report to: Opensend Reconnect Email evaluation
  • Click on the Save Report button
  • Copy Report ID from Report URL to the designated “Get Email Campaign Evaluation report for Opensend identities” field in your Bloomreach setup

Create Opensend Reconnect Revenue in time  report:
  • Click to create a new Report and select Revenue in time
  • Click on the Edit button
  • Make sure the Revenue and Purchases metrics are selected

  • From the Drill down option, select to drill down by: Aggregate the last campaign_id where the action type equals email
  • Rename your report to: Opensend Reconnect Revenue in time
  • Save Report
  • Copy Report ID from Revenue in the time Report URL to the designated “Get Revenue report for Opensend identities” field in your Bloomreach setup on the Opensend dashboard

You have successfully completed all the necessary steps to use the Bloomreach Reconnect flow.


The only thing remaining is to turn on your “Bloomreach reconnect flow” destinations and connections. 

  • Click on the Enable toggle in your “Bloomreach reconnect flow” destination
  • Enable your connections with traffic sources (by clicking on the green line and using the Enable toggle)
